Meet & Greet: Reach out to us and tell us a little about your project. We will schedule a quick on-site meeting to get to know each other, learn about your needs, and the desired outcome of your project. At this point, we can discuss feasability, design ideas, and typical cost range.
Project Estimation: Based on your plans, we prepare a project estimate for all phases of the job. This process uses general construction costs, considers current material costs, and average fixture allowances to establish a realistic budget for your project.
Pre-Construction: When you are ready to move ahead with your project, we begin in-depth meetings with you and your design professionals to get specific about the details and special considerations of your project. We schedule site visits with our specialty subcontractor teams, identify the critical path and timeline for of your project. Components, fixtures, and materials are selected and vetted for compatibility and availability. There is a small flat fee for this service that is 100% refundable upon signing a contract.
